Clare’s Law
Please follow the link below to a poster promoting Clare’s Law, also known as the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme (DVDS). The scheme enables individuals, or someone concerned about them, to ask the police whether a current or former partner has a history of abusive behaviour and may pose a risk. The poster provides information on the ‘Right to Ask’ and ‘Right to Know’ routes, as well as details on how to make an application.
