Identifying patterns of behaviour and escalation. Emphasising the importance of accurate recording.\nTo identify patterns of stalking & harassment\, prevention strategies and legal responses.\nTo have an awareness of Honour-Based Violence and Female Genital Mutilation (more in-depth training available via CMARS)\nTo understand Claire’s Law – The Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme (DVDS)\, enabling individuals to request information about a partner’s history of abuse.\nTo have a clear understanding of Domestic Violence Protection Orders – legal measures designed to protect victims and prevent further harm.\nTo recognise the signs\, risks and legal implications of non-fatal strangulation.
